What's The Point?

What's the point of taking pictures for yearbook if the people who make the pages end up just taking pictures from an outside source?
Like today, someone was looking through the pictures i've taken for boys basketball and she had a bunch chosen.
Then Nicole comes and tells them about a site where they can use pictures that her boyfriend's step dad has taken.
The person making the page decides that she likes those better and starts deleting mine to make space for his.
Now he's a really nice guy. I like him a lot. It's just i feel like we shouldn't use those pictures unless we NEED to.
Like if we literally have 0 pictures and we need them to fill space.
But this isn't the case. I've taken thousands of pictures and feel like there has to be at least ten pictures that are usable for the page.
Should i say something? Or just stay quiet?
I'll be fucking pissed off if i don't even get one picture on there.

Topic number 2: Yearbook pictures again.
I find it funny how the blame falls onto the photographers.
Like, people will go with a week before their deadline and go look at pictures and realize there isn't anything they want or that they can use.
And then they blame the people who took them.
They never check before the games actually end to see if there are pictures or not.
I heard one person say how all the pictures are vertical and he can't use them because it doesn't fit his layout.
Newsflash! Layouts can change. The picture sizes that they expect you to put there seem almost impossible to fit anything into.
Too bad no one knows how to do anything with CS3. Only like 3 people still have it actually.
Anyways, back to the vertical thing.
I found it really funny because not once did this person come into the room and ask for pictures from a certain game of a certain shot of a certain player or anything like that.
He must've just assumed that we would've gotten his shots for him.
Last year my pages might have had shit articles and captions but i made sure that i could get the best pictures i could find. I never blamed someone who took the pictures unless they went to like one game and their pictures were completely dark

and now yearbook's getting all anal and stupid. i hate how it is this year.

i'm just going to keep complaining.
my throat hurts so much.
stupid Ryan got jon and i sick.
Plus that idiot got suspended for a day and he's supposed to go first for a presentation for our group on monday.

More complaining.
Jon and I were at Palos Verdes Bowl with other people who were bowling.
We were hungry so we went to get food.
We get to the bar thing they have there and decide we don't really want much.
As we're about to leave the guy at the register is like "Special deal, one slice for one dollar."
So we say alright sure and pay him.
He gives us an option between sausage or pepperoni and we choose sausage.
We're waiting and get really excited because we think we got a good deal.
Then this shit comes.

we're just like what the fuck...
we pick it up and walk back to our seats and just start laughing at how stupid we just were.
it wasn't even good :(.
we got hustled.
